Our Process

Every BRK HAUS collar begins with precision — and a promise.

First, you start by measuring your dog’s current collar to ensure a perfect fit. Once you share the desired length and personalized name, our design team begins crafting your collar from the ground up.

Using advanced digital modeling software, each collar is first created virtually, allowing our engineers to inspect every curve, contour, and connection with uncompromising attention to detail. Only after passing this digital quality review do the designs move into production.

The approved model is then transferred to one of our industrial metal 3D printers, where it is built layer by layer from either a  medical-grade stainless steel or aerospace grade titanium. Guided by several high-powered lasers, each microscopic layer is fused with absolute precision — resulting in a structure as strong, or even stronger, than traditional forged or cast metals.

Once printed, the collar undergoes a specialized heat treatment to further enhance its mechanical properties. Every link is then mechanically tested to verify strength and reliability before moving into finishing.

Finally, each surface is meticulously hand-polished to a flawless mirror shine — transforming advanced engineering into timeless design. The result: a collar built to endure, designed to impress, and crafted to celebrate the bond between you and your dog.
